ECC BIG BID CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT PROTOCOLS
At ECC, our top priority is the safety of the athletes, coaches, staff, and attendees. Please help our team put on a SAFE, FUN, and SMOOTH event this weekend by abiding by the following protocols:
Mask are highly suggested to be worn at all times while inside the venue.
All spectators, athletes, and staff will need to follow social distancing guidelines while in the facility. Remain at least 6ft from people not in your family or household or people that you are regularly in contact with.
Please follow all directional signage and floor markers throughout the venue.
All athletes will need to arrive fully dressed and competition ready! The bathrooms will be open but can NOT be used for congregating and getting ready.
NO congregating in common areas. If your team/group would like to meet, please find a designated meeting spot OUTSIDE of the venue.
Sanitation stations will be placed throughout the venue. Please take advantage of these and wash your hands often!
In order to keep traffic and crowds controlled, we are offering a live stream with the purchase of a ticket of the entire event.

The venue will have security in place to enforce all guidelines - Please follow all direction of security and be respectful as they are working to keep us all safe and the event running smoothly.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING A FEVER OR SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT ATTEND THE EVENT!
We strongly encourage everyone to practice social distancing, mask wearing, and hand washing the entire weekend inside and outside of the facility!
